Crystle Fleper

Joining the Granite team in 2014, Crystle hails from Australian Government and performing arts industries, managing client accounts and finance in high pressure environments. She works within Granite’s global operations team to ensure territorial payroll and legislative compliance in the areas of finance, labour licensing laws, and workplace health and safety, as well as financial systems and STP implementation and change management. 

Crystle’s skills include advanced financial and administrative experience across corporate (recruitment), government (Australian Tax Office, Dept of Transport Security, Medicare) and small business (craft beer industry, tattoo industry) sectors. Additionally she has 10+ years event management, tour coordination and administration in arts sector (government performing arts centres, major music festivals, independent band management and booking agencies).
