As well as my day to day responsibilities around cash flow management and operational excellence, I dedicate my time to looking for and creating value add initiatives for our community.
I believe leaders have a responsibility to understand peoples highest values, to truly engage people in a meaningful way and support them to link their company responsibilities with their personal values. Fitting with my degree in Business Management and IT I am also passionate about encouraging women in business and women in IT.
