Our Construction industry is seeking for a Change Analyst in Sydney on contract basis who has experience working within a HR transformation environment.
About the role:
The role will provide change management services to the Payroll, Time & Attendance Modernisation program of work.
Assisting the Program Change Manager to ensure that comprehensive effective change, communications and training are delivered to workforce.
Roles & responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in change analyst role preferably working within a HR transformation environment. Experience in the planning process and the use of risk management
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is essential
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments
- Identify and Assess Change: Conduct impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to foster positive acceptance.
- Aid in developing and managing detailed Change Management Plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management would be beneficial to the role.
- Change Management Certifications: Certifications like Prosci Change Management Certification would be beneficial.
