About the role-
The Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements align with business objectives. The Functional Analyst will also provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Qualifications and Skills
Experience:- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service)
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and workflows.
- Knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Any relevant certifications would be an advantage
