We're looking for an IT Service Desk Officer
who is passionate about making a real difference. This hands-on role supports our staff and students across all campuses, providing top-notch Level 1 & 2 support and ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote support for desktops, networks, and telecommunication systems.
- Set up and maintain accounts and devices using SCCM/Intune .
- Proactively monitor system performance, security, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
- Provide audiovisual setup and support for meetings and events.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to manage incidents, change requests, and problem resolution aligned with ITIL practices.
- Assist with IT procurement, documentation, and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and new campus rollouts.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support (preferably in an educational setting).
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Office 365, Azure, Windows OS , and general hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills—you know how to talk tech in plain English.
- Experience in SCCM/Intune, SOE management, and audiovisual systems.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
- Experience working in trauma-informed or youth-centric environments.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure.
