About the Role
As an EUC Team Leader
, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in delivering high-quality EUC support, ensuring seamless IT services for our workforce. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a passion for enhancing user experience through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC specialists.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of EUC technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and technical support for end-users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align EUC strategies with business objectives.
- Manage EUC-related incidents, service requests, and escalations efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with security policies and IT best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience leading an EUC or IT support team.
- Strong technical knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
- ITIL certification (preferred) or experience working in an ITIL environment.
