About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter
to join a leading company in the logistics and transport industry on a 6-8 month contract
.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to use 2pack paint
Use airless spray units
Able to paint on stainless steels
Able to paint prep
Apply decals
Have industrial experience
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other techniques to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Conduct touch-ups, refinishing, and detailing as required.
- Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.
- Inspect and assess vehicles to determine necessary paintwork.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter (preferably within the transport or logistics sector).
- Strong knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
- Experience working with commercial or heavy vehicles is highly desirable .
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
