We are seeking a motivated IT professional to support multiple sites across Geelong, with occasional travel to Melbourne.

Your Role:
- Provide Level 2 IT support across multiple healthcare sites, ensuring smooth system operations
- Work with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Azure)
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and infrastructure issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Travel between sites (car required) and occasionally visit Melbourne as needed
✔ Experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or IT Support role
✔ Strong Windows Server, O365, and Azure skills
✔ A valid driver’s license and own vehicle (travel between sites required)
✔ Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
✔ Background in healthcare or a customer-facing industry is highly regarded
