We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Analyst
to join our construction team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in mapping, analysing, and improving operational and asset management processes across our projects and facilities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Process Analyst will support the implementation and optimisation of Maximo
, ensuring process alignment with best practices and system capabilities. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office
attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, document, and improve key business processes within construction, asset management, and maintenance operations.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and systems teams to identify process pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Maximo implementation and ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations.
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
- Monitor and report on process performance using relevant KPIs and system data.
- Assist in change management and training initiatives related to new or updated processes.
- Proven experience in a Process Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector .
- Strong working knowledge of IBM Maximo – essential.
- Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Solid understanding of asset management, maintenance workflows, and field operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
