Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop Technical Specs: Produce clear and detailed specifications, including API/interface documentation for developers and architects.
- Analyze Processes & Data: Assess current processes and data models to inform effective transformation strategies.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Engage with business users, developers, architects, and testing teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery, design, and validation workshops across diverse business units.
- Support Project Delivery: Work through the full SDLC, ensuring requirement traceability and assisting with UAT and go-live activities.
- Data Analysis: Use data to validate assumptions, uncover trends, and support solution design and decision-making.
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, including roles at a senior or lead level.
- Proven experience producing technical specifications and API documentation.
- Skilled in business process modeling and data mapping.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, SQL, Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Clear communicator with excellent written documentation and verbal communication abilities.
- Involvement in enterprise system transformations, platform integrations, or large-scale migrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, data warehousing, or ETL pipelines.
