The Transition Coordinator
will support the safe and timely implementation of the SLIS by coordinating and aligning cutover and transition plans across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with technical and clinical stakeholders to ensure that change activities are well-communicated, planned, and executed with minimal disruption to pathology services and no risk to patient care.
You will:
- Collaborate with the Transition Lead and Implementation Lead to develop and manage technical cutover and transition frameworks.
- Facilitate readiness assessments, identify risks, and manage issues through the appropriate governance structures.
- Support Go-Live planning and coordination, including cutover run sheets, issue escalation protocols, and post-cutover logistics.
- Engage with digital health teams, clinicians, lab staff, and project vendors (including Oracle Health) to align efforts and expectations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in transition or cutover planning and support within complex digital or clinical environments.
- Strong skills in coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and escalate risks proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across varied clinical, technical, and business teams.
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in a pathology or hospital setting, is highly desirable.
