The Role
In this role, you’ll be supporting and optimising the digital experience for hundreds of end users. From endpoint management and software deployment to troubleshooting and modern workplace initiatives, you’ll play a key role in keeping teams productive and connected.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the EUC environment including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM.
- Lead the implementation of EUC technologies and tools that enhance the user experience.
- Support device lifecycle management, including builds, deployment, and upgrades.
- Resolve Level 2/3 technical issues escalated from the service desk.
- Work with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement across the EUC environment, with a focus on automation and standardisation.
- Proven experience in a similar EUC/Desktop Support/Systems role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies – Intune, Azure AD, SCCM, Windows OS.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security tools.
- Great communication skills and the ability to support users at all levels of the business.
