Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a knack for managing contracts, vendors, and technology budgets? We're looking for an IT Contracts & Financial Coordinator to take ownership of financial operations and vendor management for one of our clients in the Healthcare industry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial and contractual processes supporting a wide range of IT and technology services. From budget planning and invoice processing to contract lifecycle oversight and vendor coordination, you'll play a vital role in ensuring financial compliance, cost-efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual IT budgets, track expenditure, and assist in forecasting and variance analysis.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with service expectations and financial guidelines.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing capital requests.
- Collaborate with digital and IT leaders, procurement, finance, legal, and external vendors to support financial oversight and procurement workflows.
- Maintain accurate contract records, support audits, and ensure compliance with financial and purchasing policies.
Key Skills/ Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of financial controls, budget tracking, invoice processing, and contract management.
- Proven experience managing vendor agreements and financial workflows within a structured environment.
- High proficiency in financial systems, particularly accounts payable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to apply financial policies and ensure compliance in a complex, multi-vendor setting.
- Experience in financial reporting, budget planning, and expenditure oversight.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in IT vendor management or financial coordination, particularly in a public sector or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with government procurement or financial compliance processes.
- Knowledge of IT licensing, asset management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
