Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Payment Assurance Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finance, accounting and proficiency in Excel, and the ability to generate reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Accurately enter and maintain payment data into internal systems or databases.
- Reconcile payment records and ensure all transactions are correctly processed and documented.
- Assist in preparing and generating financial reports related to payments, transactions, and account balances.
- Verify payment accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure that payment processes align with internal controls and compliance standards.
- Support the team in improving and automating reporting processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
