We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our construction team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in mapping, analysing, and improving operational and asset management processes across our projects and facilities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Process Analyst will support the implementation and optimisation of Maximo , ensuring process alignment with best practices and system capabilities. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, document, and improve key business processes within construction, asset management, and maintenance operations.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and systems teams to identify process pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Maximo implementation and ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
  • Monitor and report on process performance using relevant KPIs and system data.
  • Assist in change management and training initiatives related to new or updated processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Process Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector .
  • Strong working knowledge of IBM Maximo – essential.
  • Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
  • Solid understanding of asset management, maintenance workflows, and field operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
