Our client, a leading NFP organisation, is looking for someone to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketing Automation platform as part of a major digital transformation initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a pivotal role overseeing a high-impact CRM transformation project that supports vital fundraising and supporter engagement functions. You'll work across departments – including IT, fundraising, marketing, and operations – to deliver a CRM solution that helps scale our mission and deepen supporter relationships.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the full lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
- Align project delivery with strategic goals and stakeholder needs.
- Drive collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
- Deliver high-quality executive reports and board-level updates.
- Oversee system integration and configuration within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
- Manage project governance, budget, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify risks early and implement clear mitigation plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success delivering complex CRM or application implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities, including executive dashboards and presentations.
- Solid technical understanding of Microsoft tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, and the Power Platform.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with a strong grasp of change management principles.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in or with not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
What's on offer?
- $950 - $975 p/d.
- Initial 6-month contract, possible extensions.
