As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure operations, ensuring performance, security, and availability across a large-scale hybrid environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing, supporting, and improving core Microsoft infrastructure, including M365, Azure AD, Intune, AVD, and Windows Server (2016–2022).
- Maintaining and enhancing virtualisation platforms (VMware) and backup/storage environments (Commvault, SAN).
- Leading patching, security, IAM, IGA, and PAM initiatives across the business.
- Contributing to technical solution design and high-level documentation.
- Supporting enterprise infrastructure projects and delivering to SLAs.
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise across the team.
- 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure roles across Microsoft environments.
- Proven experience with:
- VMware
- Commvault
- Backup and SAN storage technologies
- Security and patch management systems
- IAM/IGA/PAM tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex tech into business language.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSA, MCSE) highly regarded.
