About The Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a mix of technical systems support experience and a passion for user engagement and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a new HCM (Human Capital Management) system.
- Manage user access, system security roles, and configuration tasks.
- Provide technical support to end-users via multiple channels.
- Maintain and administer HCM applications post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate as required, and document resolutions.
- Assist with testing, updates, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Collaborate with ICT, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure system performance and data integrity.
- Lead or support future application consolidation or upgrade projects.
- Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Experience in systems support, ideally within HCM platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ability to prioritise multiple requests and work autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting large, complex organisational environments is desirable.
