About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem — including Dynamics 365, Business Central, and the Zavanti property and tenancy management system. You’ll lead process improvement initiatives, support digital transformation projects, and ensure technology is used effectively to advance the organisation’s mission of providing affordable housing.

✅ Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft technologies
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
✅ Oversee data migration, cleansing, and integration across systems
✅ Develop reporting dashboards and analytics using Power BI
✅ Manage projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations
✅ Provide technical support and deliver training to ensure system adoption
✅ Drive continuous improvement and stay current with Microsoft updates

About You

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the not-for-profit or community housing sector
✔ Strong skills in business process modelling, workflow automation, and system integration
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, and the Power Platform
✔ Familiarity with APIs and automation; experience with Zavanti is a plus
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Agile, adaptable, and mission-driven, with a passion for making a positive impact

Work Environment

  • Full-time role based in Melbourne or another main office location
  • Occasional travel to other sites
  • Flexible approach, with occasional after-hours work as needed
