We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Transition Coordinator
(Senior Project Analyst/ Coordinator) to join our client's team on a Shared Pathology Project. This key role will report to the Implementation Lead and work closely with the Transition Lead and the project team to ensure the smooth delivery of the Shared Laboratory Information System (LIS). You will will support transition and cutover planning, ensuring minimal disruption to pathology services and no high-risk impacts to clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement transition and cutover plans.
- Ensure activities required for a successful Go Live are documented and risks are managed effectively.
- Develop frameworks for cutover activities and materials to support implementation.
- Coordinate resources across multiple sites and tasks.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination within a complex project.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cutover planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and logistical skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating communication protocols in large-scale projects.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and outside business hours during critical periods.
- Must have access to a car as there will be travel to multiple sites across Melbourne.
